| LEGAL INFORMATION |
1) The client agrees to the following commissions:
Short term rentals (less than 6 months):
10% of the total value of the rental agreement (excl. deposit)
Long term rentals up to US$1,000 p/m.:
1 month commission for 1 year contract (1/2 mth for 6mths etc.)
Long term rentals above US$1,000 p/m.:
7% of the total value of the rental contract (excl. deposit).
The commission is due and payable at the conclusion of the tenancy agreement.
2) The client confirms the accuracy of her/his personal details and the information pertaining to the property to be offered. The client is entitled to rent out the property and is authorized to issue the brokerage agreement.
