Villa 104

This villa is located in the Dawn Beach Estates on the East coast of St. Maarten. You can walk or drive down to the beach without ever leaving the gated private community. Enjoy relaxing in the sun, or swimming in the infinity pool while taking in the panoramic view of Dawn Beach, the harbor, and the islands of Anguilla, St. Kitts, and St. Barths. When you arrive you'll be greeted by a fine bottle of wine waiting for you, complimentary beverages, designer fragrance soaps and shampoos like you'd find at the very best resorts. If you arrive late, don't worry, there is coffee and cereals and milk provided to get you going the next morning.
The villa can sleep up to 12 people. There are 2 master suites and in total 4 king beds plus two twin/single beds. There is a 6th small bedroom with a pull out day bed that doubles as the computer room. All bedrooms have designer sheets with 600 threat count, colorful designer bedspreads and air conditioning in each bedroom.
Amenities include central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, oven, utensils etc.), satellite TV, 50 inch big screen TV w/Sony PlayStation 2, cell phone, washer/dryer, computer with internet and a gas grill. It is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. All towels are being provided, including plenty of designer Bath towels.
