All three bedrooms have A/C and their own bath which makes it perfect for a family or a group of friends sharing a vacation home. The villa also comes with TV, VCR & stereo, free wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill (BBQ), an extensive library and a phone for local calls or to receive overseas calls. The private pool and deck are overlooking the ocean with boats and cruise ships passing by right in front of you. You can also bring your snorkeling, fishing and scuba gear along with you (or rent it on the island) to fish or snorkel from the rocks directly in front of this villa. Maid service 6 days a week is complimentary.
The nearest beaches (Pelican, Flamingo) are about a 5min walk away. The busy Simpson Bay area with it's many restaurants, boutiques, bars & nightlife is a 5min drive from your villa.
